1. No Returns will be accepted after 30 days of original invoice date.
2. Any Item that has been introduced to the oral cavity will not under NO circumstances be accepted for return/exchange/credit.
3. No used, old or discontinued item will be accepted for credit under any conditions.
4. Any items made to "Special Order" or "Special Price" will not be acceptable for credit or exchange.
5. All credits given will exclude freight charges.
6. Products being returned must be in original packaging or packed in a way in which the return shipment will not affect the item.
7. All orders must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return with the name of the Sales Rep who you were attended by.
8. A return slip will be provided to you if the return is approved (retail only).
9. Flat rate shipping only applies to National orders only. For International orders, there will be a separate charge. If you would like to know a price for a shipment, feel free to contact us.
